The Real Estate Tawazun platform of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City is preparing to announce the results of the residential land entitlement in Riyadh in the coming hours, according to a report broadcast by Saudi Arabia's Al Akhbariya TV. The announcement of the result of the residential land entitlement in the capital Riyadh comes electronically through Real Estate Balance Platform, as the authority is scheduled to publish the results of the winners of the land entitlement tomorrow, Sunday, where the names of the deserving applicants can be identified by accessing the Real Estate Balance Platform.

The announcement of the names of the deserving applicants for residential lands comes after a period of submitting all the required papers and reviewing them thoroughly by the concerned authorities, to ensure that those who receive residential lands are entitled to them, especially in light of the Kingdom's expansion in launching residential ownership initiatives in implementation of the goals of Vision 2030, which aspires to increase the ownership rate to 70% in the coming years.

As the Authority announced, the results of the winners of the land entitlement will be published tomorrow, Sunday.
