“Real Estate Contributions” to auction the Jewel of Al-Ahsa land on Tuesday

The Real Estate Contributions Committee announced that it will organize the auction of the Jewel of Al-Ahsa land next Tuesday, and the residential land is located on Gulf Road opposite Al-Ahsa University with an area of two million undeveloped square meters.

The committee stipulated to enter the auction to attend in person or through a legal agent and present a certified check in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee in the amount of one million riyals, and the amount is considered a non-refundable advance part of the price for the winner of the auction, provided that the buyer writes a check for 30% of the rest of the land value at the time of the auction, and the buyer must pay the remaining amount within 15 days from its date.

The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced the disbursement of 8.4% of capital to more than 1,000 beneficiaries of shareholders with “Miteb Al-Muqbel”, whose number of contributions considered by the committee amounted to 19 troubled contributions.

<It is noteworthy that the disbursement comes after the sale of real estate belonging to Al-Muqbil and its amount was distributed to the holders of the assets of share certificates or court judgments, and the committee had previously sold the rest of the Jewel scheme and distributed 53% of capital to the shareholders of the scheme.
In the same context, the committee clarified in a statement today that it will work to disburse the rights of shareholders when collecting any subsequent amounts, and called on shareholders who have not updated the data and delivered the original documents of the contributions to quickly review the nearest branch of the Arab National Bank after filling out the update form by visiting the bank's website or the website of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
