Maha Ali explained that the Kingdom is Jordan’s leading economic partner, with bilateral trade between the two countries exceeding 5.3 billion in 2014, noting that Jordanian exports to Saudi Arabia accounted for approximately 14 % of Jordan’s total exports, while Jordanian imports from Saudi Arabia accounted for 20 % of total imports from countries the world.
Statistics show that the Kingdom’s exports to Jordan during the past year (January–October) exceeded $2.7 billion, while its imports amounted to approximately $1 billion.
