The Public Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of nearly 54 thousand real estate pieces in a number of neighborhoods in the Kingdom's governorates, including 4 neighborhoods in Jeddah, 32 neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa, 10 neighborhoods in Jubail, and 10 neighborhoods in Ras Tanura, to expire on Thursday, November 27, 2025.

The deadline is approaching. <The Authority explained that registration will end in Jeddah in the following neighborhoods: Part of the Beach neighborhood, part of the Andalusia neighborhood, Al Shira'a, and Al Amwaj, while registration in Al Ahsa governorate includes the following neighborhoods: Al Faisaliah II, Golden Belt, Al Faisal, Al Qadisiyah, Al Qadisiyah, Al Yasmin, Al Yarmouk, Mohassan Aramco I and II, Mohassan II, part of Umm Sabha, part of Al Rashidiyah I, part of Al Nozha, part of Cordoba, part of Muhairis, Industrial Area, Al Warud I and II, part of Al Ghuwaiba agricultural area, Al Jisha town, Al Taraf town, Al Iskan, Al Khozama, Al Rawda, Al Sahla, Al Majasah, Al Nakhil, Al Nozha, Al Nozha, Government offices complex, Date City and Hajar I, II and IV.
