According to Makkah Municipality, the owners of those properties on which a notice will be placed must review the General Department of Encroachments in Al-Asim within 15 days, noting that the deadline for review is 20-7-1447 Hijri, and they must have a number of documents with them, namely:

• The title deed.
• Building license.
• National ID for conformity.
