The company NHC Real estate development agreements with both Al Rajhi Union Company and Al-Ambat Real Estate to develop more than 1,500 new residential units in Al-Ghoroub, as part of its efforts to provide high-quality housing options in one of Madinah’s modern urban destinations, surrounded by integrated facilities and public services that offer a well-rounded lifestyle that exceeds expectations.
The first agreement is for the development of the Basateen Al-Ghoroub project, which will include more than 1,000 residential units, while the second agreement is for the development of the Asil Al-Ghoroub project, which will include more than 490 residential units with integrated facilities and services.
These agreements aim to boost the real estate supply and increase homeownership rates in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as well as empowering the private sector in real estate development through strategic partnerships with experienced and highly competent local developers.
Al-Ghoroub is located in Madinah on an area of more than 3.8 million square meters, featuring more than 8,000 residential units within an attractive environment with integrated services and facilities, and featuring landscaped gardens and interconnected pathways that facilitate movement within the destination, where service centers can be reached within a 5–10-minute walk from any location within the destination, It also boasts a strategic location connected to Madinah’s main roads, facilitating easy access to the Prophet’s Mosque.
It is worth noting that through these projects, NHC continues to strengthen Al-Ghoroub’s position as an urban environment that offers a high quality of life and a distinctive residential experience for its customers, in line with its goals of developing integrated urban destinations across various regions of the Kingdom.
