As part of the steps to implement the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to take the necessary measures to balance the real estate sector in the city of Riyadh, including <a href="https://www.rcrc.gov.The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced today the results of the electronic lottery for the purchase of residential lands through Real Estate Balance Platform, after completing all procedures related to the verification of the eligibility of applicants, and considering the objections that preceded the lottery.
The electronic lottery was supervised by an independent committee that includes representatives from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the Ministry of Justice, the General Authority for Real Estate, Riyadh Municipality, and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and was carried out using advanced technical systems to ensure justice and equal opportunities among all qualified applicants.
The Authority confirmed that the results of the final lottery are now available through the real estate balance platform, where eligible applicants can view the status of their applications, complete the necessary subsequent actions, including reviewing the details of the allocated plots, and follow the next steps electronically.
The results of the electronic lottery include the location of residential plots allocated to the beneficiaries, with a total area of 6,380,600 square meters, distributed on a number of sites within the urban fabric of Riyadh city, and in multiple sites being designed, within the neighborhoods of Qayrawan, Malqa, Nakhil, Narjis, Namar, Ramaya, Rimal, and Janadiriya, with an area of 300 square meters per piece.

The beneficiary's journey from application to allocation through the electronic real estate balance platform takes place in clear and specific stages, and the next steps for beneficiaries will be through this platform; including off-plan sales procedures, receiving sites, and completing the construction stages.
The process will continue after this year to launch new batches over the next four years to contribute to achieving balance in the real estate sector, in line with the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the quality of life indicators in the city of Riyadh. The Royal Commission has adopted urban planning standards during the development stages of general plans, which aim to achieve urban communities that take into account the quality of life for residents, and an urban code has been developed to promote homogeneity in the urban landscape, reflecting the principles of architecture of Riyadh city.
