Engineer Saad bin Ibrahim Al-Mojel, Chairman of the National Industrial Committee of the Council of Chambers, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Industrial Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, called for the separation of industry from the Ministry of Commerce again, noting the gains that the industrial revolution reaped from the establishment of factories and a great extension of the electricity infrastructure in the Kingdom in its various regions when the two ministries were separated, noting a number of achievements that took place, on top of which is the establishment of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, which itself is a pole of industrial development in the Kingdom.

Engineer Saad bin Ibrahim Al-Mojel Al-Majel stressed the need to merge all the active elements in the field of industry, such as the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Madin and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, into one umbrella concerned with the development of the industrial sector in the Kingdom, especially since the country at this stage is going through a sensitive period that requires moving away from dependence on oil resources and continuing more effectively and with greater momentum to increase reliance on the development of industry.
