Being an owner or trader does not mean that you are necessarily an administrative person even if you studied management, management is a science and art based on practice and extended experience or you may be an administrator but your business is diverse and you cannot manage it directly and simultaneously! Some investors believe that it is not necessary to delegate administrative tasks to an executive director. The owners of this idea view the management of companies as a follow-up of the workflow, attendance, and other routine work, and this is certainly an incorrect and incorrect view, as management must be able to create opportunities, capital circulation, planning, implementation, smooth operations management and other tasks, and there are many large international companies that were based on family companies decided to use an executive director from outside the family system due to management experience, neutrality, and other reasons.
