The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (95) new industrial licenses during October 2025, while (81) new factories began production during the same month, according to a report by the ministry’s National Center for Industrial and Mining Information.

The report, which tracks industrial indicators on a monthly basis, indicated that the volume of investments associated with new industrial licenses exceeded 2.4 billion riyals, and these projects are expected to create more than 942 jobs across various regions of the Kingdom.

Conversely, the value of investments in factories that began production in October reached (1.3) billion riyals, with an estimated (1,922) new jobs, reflecting the continued expansion of the Kingdom’s industrial base and the accelerating pace at which factories are becoming operational.

The Ministry publishes key industrial indicators on a monthly basis through the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information, which reflect industrial activity in the Kingdom, including the volume of new investments, the number of licenses issued, and the factories that begin production. This is part of efforts to enhance transparency and keep pace with monitoring the Kingdom’s industrial growth.
