The “Guarantee,“ affiliated with the Small and Medium Enterprises Bank, launched the “Mu’ahil” initiative during the Biban 2025 Forum, as part of its ongoing efforts to support the growth and sustainability of enterprises and enable them to access the necessary financing.

The Muahil Initiative

The “Mu’ahil” initiative aims to assess the readiness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs to secure financing and clarify the application requirements of financing institutions, thereby enhancing their chances of obtaining financing efficiently and easily.

“Mu’ahil” is part of the development programs offered by “Kafala” to improve the sector’s efficiency and advance empowerment goals within the financing ecosystem. It also offers innovative digital solutions to enable business owners to analyze and improve their credit profiles, thereby enhancing their opportunities for growth and market expansion.

A blue-themed promotional graphic features the SME Bank and Kafalah logos at the top with Arabic text announcing the Muahil Initiative for evaluating enterprise readiness. Below are three blue checkmark icons next to bullet points in Arabic listing digital steps for enhancing funding files, including self-assessment, training, and consultation. The footer includes the Injazat and SME Bank logos along with event details for Biban 2025.

The ”Kafalah” Digital Platform

Through the ”Kafala” digital platform, business owners can assess their readiness online through simple steps—a move that reflects the national drive toward digital transformation and strengthening support for the business sector in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

“Kafala” continues to strengthen the financing ecosystem for small and medium-sized enterprises by providing financial guarantees that help expand access to financing and reduce lending risks through strategic partnerships and innovative technological tools.

This initiative is part of integrated efforts with the Small and Medium Enterprises Bank under the supervision of the National Development Fund, with the aim of creating a stimulating and sustainable financing environment that supports the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and strengthens their role in the Kingdom’s economic development.
