Saudi Equities Conference incentivizes foreign investors to enter the stock market

In the presence of more than one hundred and twenty investors representing major investment companies from around the world, the HSBC Saudi Arabia Annual Saudi Stock Market Conference was recently held in Riyadh, which aims to attract foreign investors to companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange by inviting a number of major international investment companies to meet with Saudi companies.

Thirty-three companies from all sectors of the Saudi stock market, such as petrochemical industries, banking, real estate, telecommunications companies, cement industries and food companies, discussed the issues included in the conference to come up with visions that reflect the general direction of the Saudi economy and solve all the obstacles facing foreign companies in entering the Saudi stock market.

It is well known that the state will be able to attract foreign investors to the Saudi stock market. It is known that the state has previously enacted a number of laws and regulations that encouraged foreign companies to enter the Saudi market, and worked to improve the business environment and encourage smart partnerships between local companies and their counterparts from friendly countries.
