Under the patronage of the Ministry of Health, Riyadh Exhibitions Co., Ltd. has completed its preparations for the launch of the Saudi Health Expo, which will take place from May 16 to May 18, 2016, in the capital, Riyadh.

The exhibition serves as a platform for decision-makers, government officials, and investors to meet with elite local and regional partners and exhibitors who are leaders in the medical, healthcare, and food sectors, It is considered a major opportunity to reach agreements and strike deals to establish international partnerships aimed at realizing the Kingdom’s vision of elevating the healthcare sector to world-class standards through the exchange of expertise and the formation of alliances with leading companies in the field.

The Kingdom’s healthcare sector is the largest market in the region, accounting for 50% of total healthcare spending in the Gulf region, and the sector is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 11%, reaching $27.4 billion by 2020.

Riyadh Exhibitions Co., Ltd., the event’s organizer, stated that the exhibition is the largest healthcare event in the Kingdom, highlighting the latest technologies in the healthcare field, explores integrated solutions, and works to improve the level of services provided to the local community and develop the healthcare infrastructure in general. The previous edition was a great success, attracting more than 551 exhibitors from 42 countries and over 16,600 attendees.
