Real estate contributions put an end to the stalled Mahasen scheme in Al-Ahsa

During the past week, the Real Estate Contributions Committee of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry completed the sale of the remaining plots of the Mahasen scheme located in Al-Mubarz in Al-Ahsa Governorate, through an auction organized by the committee, in less than three hours, at the Intercontinental Al-Ahsa Hotel.

The committee confirmed that the sale prices of the pieces were according to the selling mechanism followed by the committee, which is the valuation of the contribution by appraisers accredited by the "Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers", and the committee thanks all those who contributed to the success of the auction, including bidders, attendees, real estate professionals and those interested in real estate.The auction was held amid good attendance, on 13 facilities and 17 residential and commercial pieces, and the committee required the submission of a certified check for 100,000 riyals to enter the auction and set the bidding at 50 riyals for residential and commercial pieces.

The auction started at a price of 250 riyals for residential pieces and 600 riyals for commercial pieces, and the auction opened on government facilities lands at 20 riyals per meter, and the bidding was available at 10 riyals, and the areas of government facilities lands ranged between 2500 square meters and 3900 square meters, and the total value of the pieces sold in the auction amounted to 18,400,000 riyals.

The auction started at 250 riyals for a residential piece and 600 riyals for commercial pieces.

On the other hand, the committee is preparing to offer the land of Salman Bay in Jeddah, the land of Al-Bukairiyah in the Qassim region, the land of "Al-Shifa Mall" located in the Aziziyah neighborhood in Riyadh, and supervising the sale of the Ain Al-Seih contribution in the city of Khobar, according to a policy designed by the committee that takes into account the market conditions and shareholders' interest in returning their rights with the best return.
