The Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee, will host real estate expert Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan, Chairman of Salman bin Abdullah bin Saeedan Real Estate Group, in a lecture entitled “Safe Real Estate Investment”, next Tuesday 22/3/2016 at the Chamber's buildings.

On this occasion, Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwayar, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, invited those interested in investing in the real estate sector to attend the lecture, saying that it comes within the committee's plan to spread investment awareness in the sector and present the latest trends of the real estate market in order to better clarify the picture for investors to make the right investment decision at the right time.

Hamad bin Ali Al-Shuwayar, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, said. He added that a report on the achievements and activities of the real estate committee and its sub-committees will also be presented during the lecture, stressing that the committee and its branches aim to promote the real estate sector, develop its activities and overcome the obstacles and obstacles facing the sector and its investors, as the committee is interested in expressing the concerns and obstacles of the sector and transferring them to the concerned government officials in order to seek mechanisms to overcome them.

The lecture is expected to be reviewed by the committee.
