The Tabuk Region Secretariat, represented by the Licensing and Compliance Agency, conducted more than (19,778) building inspections, during which it observed an increase in the compliance rate with regulations to (92%).
The Municipality explained that the field inspections, which are part of the “No Violations Tolerated” campaign, and as part of its efforts to improve the urban landscape and raise the level of compliance with municipal regulations, resulted in the detection of (165) building violations contrary to approved plans, in addition to violations related to the dumping or failure to remove demolition and construction debris.
It confirmed that field surveys and regulatory follow-up will continue to address building-related violations, thereby contributing to the improvement of the urban landscape and the enhancement of public safety.
The Tabuk Municipality called on everyone to report any observations or violations related to buildings via the hotline 940 or through the “Baladi” app, to promote community participation in improving the quality of life.
