Public Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of real estate for a number of neighborhoods in Riyadh, Qassim, and Sharqiya regions will end on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
Riyadh's Public Authority for Real Estate has announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of real estate is coming to an end on Thursday, 26 Rajab 1447 AH, corresponding to January 15, 2026 AD.
Riyadh region
The Commission stated that the in-kind registration of real estate ends in the following neighborhoods in Al-Quwaiyah Governorate in the Riyadh region: (Scheme No. 1077, Scheme No. 1051, Scheme No. 359, Al-Quwaiyah Sheep Market, Industrial, Al-Faydah, Al-Zuhur, Scheme No. 1039, Scheme No. 985, Al-Awash, Umm Sariha, Al-Hazm, Scheme No. 517, Deira, Scheme No. 1045, Jazira, Al-Rabwa, Al-Salam, Scheme No. 638, Khalidiyah, Jafara Saadan, Scheme No. 1029) and registration ends in the following neighborhoods in Rayn Governorate: Al-Rayn: (Ashira, Al Muthannaah, Al Naqi'a, Al Wusta, Abliyah, Al Qara'a, Al Riffa, Al Wusta'a, Al Ammar, Al Ma'aizilah, Al Mu'tala'a, Najd, Old Rayn, Al Gharibiya, Al Safa, King Faisal, Al Yarmouk, King Fahd, Qubaiban, Al Firdous, Al Shamous, Al Fateh, Granada, Al Hannu, Al Rayaniya, Al Raja'a, Al Mu'tada, Al Hofuf, Al Shaifan) while registration will end for the following neighborhoods in Majmaa Governorate (Al Iskan, First Industrial, King Abdullah, Airport, Park, Yarmouk), and the first in-kind registration will end for the following neighborhoods in Aflaj Governorate: (Al Wahid, Al Izdihar, Prince Sultan, Al Andalus, Al Barqa, Al Bakr, Al Bakr, Al Municipality, Al Diras, Al Industrial, Al Taraf, Al Fahil, Al Faihaa, Al Muthanna, Al Qaisiyah, Al Marzooqiyah, Al Masareer, Al Mussafif, King Abdullah, Al Hilali, Al Wada'een, Al Worod, Umm Siriha, Khadra and Ashiran, Administrative East, Administrative West, Radio, and Al Ithmaa. Qassim Region
The registration of the following neighborhoods in Buraydah, Qassim region also ends: (part of West Buraydah, North West Buraydah, Al Aziziyah, part of Al Liwan, part of Al Qara'a, Al Bustan, Al Jadidat, part of Al Aqiq, part of Al Ghammas, part of Granada, part of Al Basr, part of Khab Rudan, part of Al Mulaydah, part of Al Saada, part of South Diras, West Buraydah, Al Tawasul, Al Hanaa, Al Hanaa, Al Hanaa. Airport, part of Al-Badour neighborhood, part of Northeast Buraydah neighborhood, part of Al-Aqilat neighborhood, part of North Hudayyah neighborhood, part of South Hudayyah neighborhood, part of East Buraydah neighborhood, Al-Arifiya, Asilan), in addition to (Al-Noor neighborhood and an adjacent real estate area in Unaiza Governorate), and in Qasr bin Aqil Center, registration ends with the following neighborhoods: (parts of Al-Masif neighborhood, Al-Khalidiya, part of Al-Bustan neighborhood, and adjacent real estate areas), in addition to (Al-Nada neighborhood, and adjacent real estate areas) in Al-Bada'iyah governorate, and registration ends in real estate areas in Al-Khubairah and Al-Sahabeen centers, in addition to (Al-Salam neighborhood, and adjacent real estate areas) in Al-Bukairiyah governorate, and in Al-Batin center, registration ends in: (part of Northeast Buraida, Al Yasmeen, Al Nahda, and adjacent real estate areas), in addition to real estate areas adjacent to King Fahd Road in Riyadh Al Khubaira Governorate, in addition to (Al Jameiin neighborhood) in Al Rass Governorate.
Eastern Province

.Speed of registration
The Authority called on the owners of properties located within the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the real estate registry platform rer.sa before the end of the registration period to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.
She explained that the Real Estate Registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations and all real estate transactions that occur on it; to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main components.
The real estate registry will issue a property number and title deed for each real estate unit that is registered.
Financial penalties
The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the end of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
It is worth mentioning that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is tasked with implementing the establishment and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
