The platform allows beneficiaries - in the real estate development sector - to complete accreditation applications electronically, from all relevant authorities, and follow their status from submission to receiving the final approval, through the stages of review, audit, initial and final approval, which ensures clarity and governance of procedures, as well as shortening the accreditation journey Urban Plans and the rapid provision of developed residential land, in addition to providing an enabling environment for the real estate development sector, making it easier for the competent authorities to verify the fulfillment of infrastructure elements at all stages of approval.

The platform offers a package of qualitative services, including: Providing all the necessary guides and requirements for designing and developing urban plans, submitting applications for the approval of general and detailed plans electronically, following up on their status, uploading and reviewing documents and plans electronically, in addition to documenting the review and approval process from various committees and concerned authorities, which contributes to improving the beneficiary experience and raising the quality of planning outputs.
