Medina Municipality has approved the implementation of several hotel and commercial projects to promote tourism, develop the commercial sector, stimulate investment, and support the region's infrastructure.

Hotel project in Al-Qiblatain neighborhood

The funds included the implementation of a hotel project in Al-Qiblatayn neighborhood on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road on an area of 6829 square meters; it aims to enhance tourism activity, stimulate investment, and contribute to the development of infrastructure.

The Municipality also approved the implementation of a commercial project in Al Ahn neighborhood on King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Road, on an area of 20,636 square meters, which aims to attract investors, raise the level of competition, and meet the needs of consumers, thus contributing to the development of the commercial sector in the region.

The municipality also approved the implementation of another commercial project in Jashad neighborhood on King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Road, on an area of 750.48 square meters; it aims to attract investors, increase competition, and meet the needs of consumers.
