As a long-standing sponsor of job fairs, Riyad Bank participated in the 10th "Career Day" event and exhibition, organized by the Career and Training Center at the University of Business and Technology last week in Jeddah, in an effort to attract the best young talent qualified to work in the banking sector and to reaffirm its policy of job localization.
In addition to the above, Zulfa Abdulkarim, Deputy President and Director of Recruitment at Riyad Bank, stated that the bank is committed to participating in "Career Day" events at the University of Business and Technology, and other career fairs at universities, as well as employment-related events, to maintain constant and ongoing communication with university graduates, as part of the bank’s strategy to attract national talent of both genders.
Abdulkarim explained that Riyad Bank’s Human Resources Department staff seek, during these events, to meet with male and female graduates to educate them about the nature of banking work and inform them of available career opportunities. She noted that the bank is keen to participate in job fairs in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, through which Riyad Bank aims to recruit the best qualified Saudi talent.
