His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Council of Ministers for the praise of the Housing Program, stressing that this support reflects the great attention and priority given by the state to the housing sector as one of the pillars of comprehensive development.

He stressed that this support reflects the state's keen interest and priority given to the housing sector as one of the pillars of comprehensive development. <His Excellency explained that the efforts exerted within the framework of the housing program contributed, thanks to God, to raising the rate of homeownership to (66.2%) by the end of 2025, in addition to reaching the number of beneficiaries of housing support to more than one million beneficiaries, pointing out that these results reflect the integration of efforts between the housing system and the relevant authorities. The Minister of Municipalities and Housing added that the Cabinet's appreciation is a strong motivation to continue working, promoting initiatives and programs aimed at enabling citizens to own suitable housing, and achieving sustainability in the housing sector.

His Excellency stressed the continuation of developing housing solutions and diversifying financing and organizational options, which contributes to raising the quality of life, meets the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and meets the aspirations of citizens in various regions of the Kingdom.
