Reading time: < 1 Minuteكشفت تقارير اقتصادية أن قيمة التمويل العقاري السكني للأفراد المقدم  من المصارف وشركات التمويل بلغ نحو 34.93 مليار ريال خلال الخمسة أشهر الأولى عام 2023، مقارنة بـ55.39 مليار ريال في الفترة المماثلة من عام 2022، وذلك يكون حجم الانخفاض قد بلغ 20.45 مليار ريال عن قيمته في الفترة المماثلة من العام الماضي.
