”Emaar Economic City and Al Hokair agree to develop a SAR 100 million hotel

On the sidelines of the Economic City Investment Forum currently being held at the Al-Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh, Emaar Economic City signed an agreement with Al-Hokair Group to develop a four-star hotel in the Al-Bilsan district of King Abdullah Economic City, with an investment of 100 million riyals, including the value of the project land, which covers an area of 10,323 square meters valued at 15,400,84,500 riyals. The agreement includes the establishment of a project-specific company with an initial capital of 1 million Saudi riyals, with Emaar Economic City holding a 40% stake and Al-Hokair Group holding a 60% stake in the capital. The agreement was signed by the CEO and Managing Director of King Abdullah Economic City and Al-Hokair’s assistant, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair Tourism and Development Company.
