While the National Housing Company revealed that the percentage of reservations for housing units marketed within the off-plan sales program, which number 40,000 units to date, has reached 50%, The CEO of the National Housing Company, Mohammed Al-Batti, confirmed that work is underway to market the rest of the projects for units totaling 110,000 units within the “Residential” campaign. He added: “The start of the implementation of off-plan sales projects is after the completion of the reservation of a certain percentage, and the off-plan sales projects in partnership with real estate developers are subject to careful follow-up; to ensure that they proceed within the specified period, taking into account quality and price standards.”
