The Emir of Riyadh, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated last week the “Al-Ayyinah Housing” project in northern Riyadh, and witnessed the signing of the launch of the second phase of infrastructure development in the project, which is located on an area of 1.2 million square meters, through which 1237 developed lands will be provided to the beneficiaries of the “Residential” program free of charge, and the project includes in its first phase 316 villas ready for delivery and 392 developed lands ready for construction.
On the same topic, the White Land Fees Program of the Ministry of Housing announced that it has allocated 100 million riyals to complete the implementation and delivery of infrastructure services in the project, stressing that this amount represents part of its revenues collected from the fees imposed on white lands within the urban area in its first phase.
The White Land Fees Program explained in a statement yesterday that the ministry has an integrated plan to allocate the revenues collected from the fees in the development of infrastructure projects and the delivery of public services in a number of projects affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, according to the text of the regulation, as the coming period will work with the ministry to follow up the needs in a number of its projects, and the disbursements include the construction of electricity stations or the delivery of electricity and water services and treatment plants, and other services required by these projects.
