This was revealed by Engineer Saleh Al-Rashid, Governor of the Authority, explaining that the program approved by the Council of Ministers will fall under the umbrella of the Kafalah program, and thus "we will work through this program to provide financial guarantees with the financing authorities to ensure that small and medium enterprises have access to appropriate financing, especially since Monshaat worked on financing initiatives with a low profit margin.«
