The Governor of The General Real Estate Authority, Essam bin Hamad Al Mubarak, revealed a package of exclusive incentives and facilities for classified real estate establishments and the investment opportunities available to them to build the capabilities of the real estate sector, increase the value of classified offices" services, raise their quality, and the quality of the work they carry out. This came during the meeting that was held remotely via video conferencing with representatives of real estate offices that have obtained the real estate classification and complied with the standards issued by the Authority.
Al Mubarak said that the Authority celebrated yesterday the classification of 100 real estate brokerage establishments that apply the standards of the General Real Estate Authority. He pointed out that this classification supports the work of these real estate offices, raises the quality of the services they provide, and gives them the opportunity to benefit from the exclusive services provided by the Authority and the Real Estate Development Fund, including the marketing of off-plan sales products, ”Sakani" projects, the real estate franchise program, real estate reconciliation and arbitration services, real estate index platform data, and the services provided to these classified facilities through the cooperation program between the Authority and the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF).
Mubarak said that the Authority celebrated yesterday the classification of 100 real estate brokerage establishments that apply the standards of the General Real Estate Authority.
The meeting was attended by the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Fund, Engineer Mansour bin Madi, Director of the Real Estate Advisor Department at the Fund, Turki Al-Dahmash, deputy governors, project managers and managers of the digital services programs provided by the Authority to classified real estate establishments.
