The Ministry of Justice has strengthened its services through the private sector by providing “real estate clearance services” through accredited and licensed notaries in the electronic notary portal, in order to facilitate the beneficiaries of the real estate sales contract documentation services.

The Ministry of Justice explained in a press release that the availability of real estate emptying through the private sector aims to facilitate access to its services from beneficiaries of real estate services and real estate offices, businessmen, companies, institutions and individuals, and real estate emptying operations are carried out through documentation and transfer of ownership of the property to the new owner and registration with the Ministry of Justice.
She pointed out that making the service available through the private sector allowed beneficiaries to obtain real estate clearance services at any time, whether during official working hours, evenings and holidays - as desired by the beneficiaries.
