The 35th edition of Riyadh Real Estate Show 2026 will be held from February 11 to 14, 2026, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with the participation of a number of government agencies, real estate companies, developers and investors.

Riyadh Real Estate Show will witness the launch of the first edition of the PropNext Forum, which is held as a specialized dialogue platform that discusses through its sessions topics related to real estate legislation, financing tools, investment attractiveness, and real estate development trends, with the participation of specialists from the public and private sectors, which contributes to reading the current transformations and anticipating the future growth paths of the real estate market in the Kingdom and the Middle East region.
The event will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
