Ready Concrete prices in Saudi Arabia during February 2026 increased slightly compared to the same period last year, as demand for construction materials and production costs continued to rise.
The Saudi Contractors Association report on Construction Materials Prices reported that all types of ready-mix concrete recorded increases ranging from 1.56% to 1.86% year-on-year, compared to February 2025.
Price breakdown by type and strength:
Resistance concrete 350 kg/cm²: 228.30 reais/meter in February 2026 versus 224.41 reais/meter in February 2025, an increase of 1.73%.
250 kg/cm² concrete: 208.12 reais/meter vs. 204.39 reais/meter, up 1.82%.
Standard concrete 350 kg/cm²: 217.75 Rials/meter vs. 214.40 Rials/meter, up 1.56%.
Regular concrete 250 kg/cm²: 199.04 Rials/meter vs. 195.40 Rials/meter, up 1.86%.
On a monthly basis, most concrete types saw little change between January and February 2026, ranging from a rise of 0.02% to 0.15%, with some exceptions:
Resistant concrete 350 kg/cm²: 0.07% higher than January.
250 kg/cm² resistant concrete: 0.15% higher than January.
Conventional concrete 350 kg/cm²: Up 0.02%.
Standard concrete 250 kg/cm²: Slightly down 0.08%.
Price fluctuations over the past year:
The highest price for 350 kg/cm² concrete was in May 2025: 230.64 riyals/meter, and the lowest price in November 2025: 224.15 reais/meter.
The highest price for 250 kg/cm² concrete was in May 2025: 209.92 reais/meter, and the lowest price in February 2025: 204.39 riyals/meter.
The highest price for 350 kg/cm² regular concrete was recorded in May 2025: 220.71 riyals/meter, and the lowest price of February 2025: 214.40 riyals/meter.
Regular Concrete 250 kg/cm² Highest May 2025: 201.29 riyals/meter, Lowest February 2025: 195.40 riyals/meter.
