Emir of Riyadh reviews real estate balance report and real estate registration work in the capital

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, was briefed on the report of real estate balance in Riyadh city, and the indicators that reflect the objectives of enhancing the real estate supply, achieving stability and sustainable urban development, supporting the quality of life and establishing the efficiency of the real estate market in the capital.<This came during a meeting with HH The Amir at his office today with the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad.

HHH The Amir was briefed on the completion of the declaration of all real estate areas in Riyadh for in-kind registration of real estate, and the continued work of the Real Estate Registry in registering properties located within the urban area of the city, in addition to the completion of the digital real estate map of Riyadh, which enhances the accuracy of real estate data and establishes a unified real estate reference.

His Highness listened to an explanation of the efforts of the General Real Estate Authority in regulating and supervising real estate activities, and the legislative, regulatory and technical development of the real estate system, which contributes to raising the reliability of the real estate market, promoting transparency, preserving the rights of dealers and investors, and stimulating the investment environment in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.His Highness the Emir of Riyadh praised the efforts exerted by the General Authority for Real Estate in developing the real estate system, and what has been achieved in the real estate registration work and completing the declaration of real estate areas in Riyadh.

For his part, the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate appreciated His Highness the Emir of Riyadh for his support and interest in the work of the Authority and its development initiatives, which contribute to raising the efficiency of real estate data and sustainability of the real estate sector in the region.
