The report showed that the total length of occupied projects reached 765 kilometers, while the number of active licenses reached 9,016, an increase of 750 licenses compared to the previous month.

Road subsidence and water pools top reports
According to the report, road subsidence reports topped the reports with 37% of the total, followed by water pools with 34%, exposed covers with 5%, while other reports accounted for about 24%.The increase in reports of road subsidence and water pools reflects the increasing pressure on infrastructure networks as a result of urban expansion and accelerated implementation of projects in Riyadh city.
National Water Company captures most licenses
On the licenses side, the National Water Company captured 64% of the total licenses, although it declined by 2%, with its projects reaching 130 kilometers in length.<The Saudi Electricity Company came in second with 25%, recording project lengths of 238 kilometers, followed by the Riyadh Municipality with 5% and project lengths of 139.5 kilometers.

In the closure index, Riyadh Municipality led the service providers with a closure rate of 90% despite a decrease of 3%, followed by National Water Company with 87%, up 9%, and Saudi Telecom Company with 82%

In terms of compliance with the Center's standards and controls, Riyadh Municipality achieved the highest compliance rate at 94%, followed by National Water Company at 92%, and Saudi Telecom Company at 81%.
The report reflects the increased activity in infrastructure projects in the Saudi capital, in conjunction with major urban development projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life and improving the efficiency of services and infrastructure in Riyadh.
