The number of real estate transactions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over the past week reached approximately 4,600, with a total value of 3.7 billion riyals, marking a 23% increase compared to the previous week, while the average selling price per square meter remained stable at 97 riyals.
According to data from Real Estate Exchange, approximately 3,700 transactions were recorded the previous week, with a value exceeding 3.8 billion riyals, while the average price per square meter remained stable. Performance varied among cities during the week.

Riyadh
Riyadh recorded only two transactions worth 2.9 million riyals at an average of 9,797 riyals per square meter, compared to 8 transactions worth 7.42 million riyals the previous week, as part of the notarization process shifted to the Real Estate Registry System.

Jeddah
In Jeddah, the number of transactions rose to 819, worth 950 million riyals, compared to 658 transactions worth 757 million riyals the previous week.

Mecca
As for Mecca, it recorded 124 transactions worth 96 million riyals, compared to 167 transactions worth 177 million riyals the previous week.

Medina
In Medina, the number of transactions rose to 380, worth 340 million riyals, compared to 294 transactions worth 197 million riyals.

Dammam
Dammam recorded 150 transactions worth 183 million riyals, compared to 170 transactions worth 162 million riyals, while Abha rose to 150 transactions worth 581 million riyals, compared to 120 transactions worth 149 million riyals the previous week.

At the neighborhood level, Al-Jassa neighborhood in Madinah led with 161 transactions, followed by Al-Falah neighborhood in Jeddah with 77 transactions, then Al-Sha’la neighborhood in Dammam with 58 transactions, then the Mureikh neighborhood in Jeddah with 43 transactions, and finally the Al-Safa neighborhood in Jeddah with 41 transactions.
