The Ru'um Association for Orphan Care in Rafha Province has enabled 30 families to become homeowners, with a total value exceeding 4 million riyals, in partnership with Development Housing, as part of its efforts to promote housing stability for eligible families and improve their quality of life.
The initiative included the repayment of housing obligations to the Real Estate Development Fund, enabling beneficiary families to complete the procedures for home ownership and take advantage of the housing solutions provided by the Developmental Housing.
