On October 28 and 29, 2026, the Saudi capital, Riyadh, will host the third edition of Real Estate Supply Chain Forum, which brings together a select group of global leaders, decision-makers, and experts to discuss the future of supply chains in real estate sector, and their role in enhancing industrial capabilities and logistics services and improving the efficiency of major project execution.

The forum comes at a time when the real estate sector is undergoing a rapid shift toward the execution and delivery phase, where supply chain efficiency has become a key factor in the success and sustainability of projects, with procurement, supply chain management, and logistics operations becoming increasingly important in ensuring adherence to schedules and reducing costs. The Real Estate Supply Chain Forum aims to provide a platform for strategic dialogue among the sector’s most influential stakeholders, thereby contributing to the formation of new partnerships, the exchange of expertise, and the exploration of solutions that support the growth of real estate projects and enhance operational efficiency.

The forum focuses on three main themes that represent the fundamental pillars of real estate supply chain development, including the localization of industries and supply chains, enhancing digital integration in procurement and supply management, and implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain practices. Participants will also discuss ways to enhance the resilience of supply chains and their ability to support the implementation of large-scale real estate projects, in light of the rapid changes in global markets and the sector’s growing needs.

The organizers emphasized that the forum serves as a platform bringing together influential global leaders in the fields of procurement, industrial capabilities, logistics, and project management and delivery, with the aim of developing practical solutions that support the future of the real estate sector and keep pace with the requirements of the coming phase.

In this context, it was announced that the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing will participate as an official sponsor of the Real Estate Supply Chain Forum 2026, in a move that reflects its support for efforts aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and developing the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
