The city of Riyadh is preparing to host the third edition of the International Conference and Exhibition on Facilities Management from September 20 to 22, 2026, under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The event brings together a select group of executive leaders, experts, and specialists from within the Kingdom and abroad, as well as companies and innovators working in the fields of facilities management and urban technologies, to discuss the latest developments in the industry and its role in building more efficient and sustainable cities.

This year’s conference is being held under the theme «Smart Facilities… Smart Cities,» highlighting the rapid transformations driven by modern technologies—most notably artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and digital solutions—and their impact on the development of the facilities management and the improvement of infrastructure and urban services.
