The National Program to Support Project Management, Operations, and Maintenance in Public Sector Entities («Mashroat») intends to to engage an IT company to develop and operate the knowledge platform for facilities management, which is dedicated to enriching Arabic-language content in the field of facilities management and will contribute to raising public awareness and improving the technical competence of national staff.
The "Mashroat" program comprises a number of departments within the facilities and assets sector, including the Department of Reports and Studies, the Department of Standards and Procedures, as well as the Department of Support, which empowers government agencies to manage their assets and facilities efficiently and effectively, build their human and technical capacities in asset and facilities management, and support the transition toward more efficient and high-quality performance.
The Reports and Studies Department works to provide decision-makers and government partners with reports on the performance of public entities in the field of asset and facilities management, and to monitor compliance with the National Guide.
Meanwhile, the Standards and Procedures Department is responsible for overseeing the development of project methodologies for asset and facility management and establishing standard procedures in accordance with global best practices, and providing technical support for the transformation process in asset and facility management toward more efficient and higher-quality performance.
The Support and Empowerment Department is committed to enabling government agencies to manage their assets and facilities efficiently, building their human and technical capacities, and supporting the transformation process in public agencies toward more efficient performance.
