It added that the “Sakani” program continues to offer a range of housing options, including ready-to-move-in units, units under construction as part of off-plan projects, self-build options, and residential land, allowing beneficiaries to choose the housing solution best suited to their needs and financial capabilities. She noted that housing projects implemented in partnership with real estate developers contribute to increasing the housing supply, and the development of integrated communities featuring amenities, services, and open spaces, thereby enhancing quality of life and providing vibrant and sustainable residential environments.
