the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made a range of engineering and technical services available through the «Tawakkalna» app, as part of its digital transformation initiative, with the aim of facilitating access to solutions related to buildings andreal estate assets, and to provide users with clearer tools for assessment and monitoring.
The Ministry stated that the services available through «Tawakkalna» include issuing technical reports and accessing the services of engineering supervision offices, in addition to a diagnostic tool that helps users assess the technical condition of a property. The platform also offers engineering design services, license ownership transfers, and the "Qayim Mabnak" service, as part of a suite of digital services aimed at streamlining real estate-related procedures.

The Ministry emphasized that providing these services is part of its efforts to promote digital transformation and offer electronic solutions that help streamline the user experience and improve access to engineering and technical services related to buildings and real estate assets.
