Supporting the Real Estate Sector’s Goals
Rachel Sturgess, Deputy CEO of Tahalluf, explained that Cityscape Global has established itself over the past three years as the premier platform where leading real estate investors, developers, decision-makers, and homebuyers come together to support the Kingdom’s real estate sector goals, and to promote investment opportunities and partnerships.« She emphasized that »Cityscape West“ is now an extension of this success, opening new horizons for growth in the Western Region and keeping pace with the development momentum in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah through a platform that brings together investment opportunities, supports homeownership, and contributes to building quality partnerships.
The launch of ”Cityscape West" builds on the reputation that Cityscape Global has established since its debut in Riyadh in 2023 as the world’s most-attended real estate exhibition, as last year’s edition attracted more than 164,000 visitors and 577 exhibitors and brands, and contributed to deals and contracts worth over $63 billion concluded at the exhibition, in addition to the participation of investors managing real estate and infrastructure assets valued at over $6.1 trillion.
