The Land Registry Begins Registering More Than 167,000 Parcels of Land in 5 Regions

The first real estate registration covers properties in Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Tabuk, Ha'il, and the Eastern Province, within specific neighborhoods and governorates.

The The Real Estate Registry announced today that it has begun accepting applications for initial registration of (167,352) real estate parcels in the Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Tabuk, Ha'il, and Eastern Province regions.

Benefiting neighborhoods in the Riyadh region
The registration covers the Riyadh region in Al-Bajadiyah Governorate for the following neighborhoods: (Al-Tis’een neighborhood, part of Al-Aqishiyah neighborhood, part of Saqra neighborhood, part of Al-Zaybah neighborhood, part of Al-Qasimah neighborhood, part of North Saqra neighborhood, King Faisal neighborhood, part of Al-Balad neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamon neighborhood, part of Mushrafah neighborhood, part of Al-Dhiabiyah neighborhood, Al-Salhiyah neighborhood, Al-Shatiniyah neighborhood, part of Al-Rafiah neighborhood, part of Al-Badiah neighborhood, Al-Radifah neighborhood, King Fahd neighborhood, part of Barzan neighborhood, Al-Maslakh neighborhood, Al-Yasmin neighborhood, Al-Sina’iyah neighborhood, part of Faydah Al-Fawazin neighborhood, part of Al-Ma’awiyah District, Sahara District, Al-Alawat District, Prince Sultan District, Al-Faisaliyah District, part of Al-Sharara Center District), and the following districts in Al-Jumsh Governorate: (Plot No. 242, Plot No. 24, Plot No. 18, part of Plot No. 232, Plot No. 32, Plot No. 30, Plot No. 214, Plot No. 62, and Plot No. 120).

Registration begins in the following neighborhoods in Halban Governorate: (Plan No. 4, Al-Nuzha Neighborhood, Al-Nakhil Neighborhood, Al-Khara’iq Neighborhood), and the following neighborhoods in Hawtat Bani Tamim Governorate: (part of Al-Yasmin neighborhood, Al-Muhammadiyah neighborhood, part of Al-Tadamon neighborhood, Najd neighborhood, part of Al-Jazirah neighborhood, Al-Saudiyah neighborhood, Al-Rawabi neighborhood, Al-Manar neighborhood, Al-Maseef neighborhood), while registration in Al-Majma’ah Governorate begins in: (Al-Yasmin Neighborhood), and a number of real estate plots in the following governorates within the Riyadh Region: (Al-Aflaj Governorate, Al-Jalah and Tabrak Governorate, Al-Ruwai’dah Governorate, Riyadh City, Al-Rain Governorate, Al-Qasab Governorate, Al-Quway’iyah Governorate, Thadig Governorate, and Harimla Governorate).

Neighborhoods in the Tabuk and Al-Qassim Regions
Registration will also begin for a number of real estate parcels in the Tabuk Region (the town of Bir Ibn Harmas) and the Hail Region (the city of Hail), and in the Al-Qassim region, registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in the town of Al-Ammar: (part of Al-Rayyan neighborhood, part of Al-Afq neighborhood, part of Al-Nahda neighborhood), as well as a number of real estate plots in the town of Al-Dhahiriyah.

Neighborhoods in the Eastern Province
In the Eastern Province, registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in the village of Al-Sadawi: (Manaakh Neighborhood, Umm Kadad Neighborhood), and in the town of Al-Rafiah in: (Al-Wurood Neighborhood).
Owners of properties located within these neighborhoods must register their properties by the end of Thursday, November 5, 2026. The location of a property can be verified to see if it is within the announced areas through the Land Registry platform.
The neighborhoods were selected based on specific criteria, and the remaining regions, governorates, and neighborhoods that will be subject to on-site property registration across various regions of the Kingdom will be announced in due course.

The Real Estate Registry confirmed that it is continuing its work to register properties in areas covered by the Real Estate Registry; as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by establishing a comprehensive real estate registry for property information in the Kingdom, to serve as a unified reference for all real estate data.
The Real Estate Registry will issue a “Property Number” and a title deed for each real estate unit registered, and the new title deed will include the property’s precise geographic location, owner information, descriptions, condition, associated rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions affecting it, serving as the basis for documenting ownership and the resulting real estate rights; thereby contributing to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its key enablers.
Real estate zones are defined according to several criteria, based on the role of the General Authority for Real Estate as the competent authority for real estate registration in accordance with the Cabinet’s decision and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration System, while the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (the Real Estate Registry) is responsible for establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that enhances transparency and trust in real estate services and data.
