The Big 5 Construct Saudi 2026 exhibition will take place from August 30 to September 2, 2026, providing an integrated platform that brings together the latest technologies, innovations and solutions that support the various stages of project implementation, from foundation and construction work to sustainable operation and facilities management.
This year’s exhibition focuses on the key sectors driving the growth of the construction industry in the Kingdom, including heavy construction, concrete technologies, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, facilities management, along with environmental solutions and clean technologies, in line with the transformation the sector is witnessing within the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
It also includes a range of specialized exhibitions and events that bring together major suppliers and solution providers, which contributes to facilitating supply processes, enhancing the exchange of experiences, and opening new horizons for cooperation between the various parties in the sector.
The exhibition showcases the latest innovations in the construction sector, focusing on health and safety, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and project management, while also providing practical insights to help industry professionals implement the latest practices in their current and future projects.
International Conference on Facilities Management
Riyadh is preparing to host the third edition of the International Facilities Management Conference and Exhibition from September 20 to 22, 2026, under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The event brings together a select group of executive leaders, experts and specialists from within and outside the Kingdom, along with companies and innovators working in the fields of facilities management and urban technologies, to discuss the latest developments in the industry and its role in building more efficient and sustainable cities.
This year’s conference is being held under the theme “Smart Facilities…Smart Cities,” highlighting the rapid transformations driven by modern technologies, most notably artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and digital solutions, and their impact on developing the facilities management system and improving the performance of infrastructure and urban services.
World Robot Summit
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the General Authority for Real Estate will host the third edition of the Global Robotics Summit , under the slogan “The Age of Smart Systems”, during the period 25-26 October 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.
The summit comes as an extension of the Kingdom’s leading role in developing the real estate sector and promoting the adoption of modern real estate technologies, and as an embodiment of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals aimed at building a more innovative, sustainable and attractive real estate sector for investment, and consolidating the Kingdom’s position as a leading global center for the real estate technology industry.
The summit will feature more than 200 speakers from 85 countries, along with more than 100 exhibitors, and will include more than 50 dialogue sessions and 40 specialized workshops showcasing the latest innovations and technological solutions impacting the future of the real estate sector.
The summit will discuss a number of strategic themes related to the future of real estate technology, most notably artificial intelligence in asset management and operation, digital twins and their practical applications, in addition to anticipating future asset classes and the Kingdom’s role as a leading experimental environment for emerging probiotic technologies.
Real Estate Supply Chain Forum
The Saudi capital, Riyadh, will host the third edition of the Real Estate Supply Chain Forum on October 28 and 29, 2026. The forum brings together a select group of global leaders, decision-makers, and experts to discuss the future of supply chains in the real estate sector and their role in enhancing industrial capabilities, logistics services, and improving the efficiency of major projects.
The Real Estate Supply Chain Forum aims to provide a platform for strategic dialogue between the most influential entities in the sector, contributing to building new partnerships, exchanging experiences, and exploring solutions that support the growth of real estate projects and raise operational efficiency levels.
The forum focuses on three main pillars that represent the basic foundations for developing real estate supply chains, including the localization of industries and supply chains, enhancing digital integration in procurement and supply management processes, in addition to implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain practices.
Saudi Building Exhibition
The 36th edition of Saudi Build 2026 will be held from November 2 to 5, 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, continuing its journey of more than 36 years as one of the most prominent and oldest specialized exhibitions in the construction and infrastructure sectors in the Kingdom.
The exhibition brings together senior industry leaders and decision-makers, along with developers, distributors, traders, project owners, consultants, architects and technical specifications specialists, with the aim of promoting cooperation opportunities, building strategic partnerships and exploring new business opportunities in the Saudi construction market.
This year’s edition will witness broad participation from international companies and providers of modern solutions and technologies, who will showcase the latest innovations and products that support the development of the building and construction sector, in line with the rapid growth that the Kingdom is witnessing in the implementation of major projects.
Cityscape 2026
The new edition of Cityscape Global 2026, themed “Real Estate Capital,” will take place from November 16 to 19 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, with wide participation from real estate developers, investors, banks and government agencies.
The exhibition brings together more than 600 exhibitors, allowing visitors to view hundreds of thousands of new residential units offered by more than 200 local and international real estate developers, along with exclusive financing and housing offers, awareness programs and workshops dedicated to first-time buyers, in addition to more than 10 international pavilions that give investors and buyers wider options for global real estate investment.
The 2026 edition of the exhibition will witness the launch of the “Capitals by Cityscape Global” platform, which aims to connect investors with developers, master plans and investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia and global markets, through bilateral meetings, field visits to projects and programs dedicated to building partnerships between local and international investors.
The exhibition will also witness the launch of the “Urban Stage” program, which connects developers and government agencies with buyers, and allows them to learn about new projects.
It is noted that the exhibition attracted more than 90,000 visitors over four days, where exhibitors showcased more than 20,000 residential units within various projects that included residential products and multiple development plans, reflecting the diversity of offerings in the real estate market. The exhibition resulted in the signing of about 100 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding between developers and financing and investment entities in the fields of development, financing and services related to the real estate sector.
The "Serido" exhibition attracts 60 exhibitors in Jeddah
From September 6th to 8th, 2026, Jeddah will host the fifth edition of the Serido Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition, bringing together real estate developers, investors, financiers, and experts on a specialized platform to showcase the latest real estate projects and investment opportunities in the Saudi market. The exhibition aims to enhance communication among various stakeholders in the real estate sector, support business partnerships, highlight modern solutions and services related to the sector, and discuss the most prominent trends shaping the future of real estate investment in the Kingdom.
The fifth edition is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors interested in the sector, with the participation of more than 60 exhibitors, along with 20 speakers and experts who will present knowledge sessions discussing market developments, while the event targets opportunities and deals exceeding 4.2 billion riyals in value.
The fifth edition focuses on providing an integrated platform that allows participants to showcase residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, learn about ownership and investment opportunities, and open direct channels of communication between decision-makers, investors and potential partners.
