Five investment opportunities for the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Buraydah have been announced

With contracts spanning 25 years, the five projects aim to stimulate investment and urban development in the Buraydah suburb, with bids to be opened in August 2026.

The Al-Qassim Region Secretariat has announced five investment opportunities for the construction, operation, and maintenance of residential and commercial buildings in a suburb of Buraydah, with investment contracts spanning 25 years for each project, as part of its efforts to enhance the investment environment, develop municipal assets, and attract high-quality investments.

The official spokesperson for the Al-Qassim Region Municipality, Nayef bin Abdulrahman Al-Nafei, explained that investment opportunities aim to develop high-quality projects that combine residential and commercial uses, thereby contributing to the revitalization of investment activity, promoting urban development, and supporting quality-of-life objectives in the city of Buraidah. He noted that the investment opportunities available in the Buraydah suburb include five plots: the first covers an area of 13,058 square meters, the second 8,972 square meters, the third 12,203 square meters, the fourth 11,642 square meters, and the fifth 8,881 square meters, noting that the bid opening date is August 18, 2026.

He explained that details of the investment opportunities are available through the Saudi Cities Investment Portal (Fursat), which allows investors to view all information regarding the opportunities, their geographic locations, and the application process with ease and convenience. He urged those interested in investing to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Secretariat to contribute to supporting urban and economic development in the region.
