Deputy Governor of Riyadh and Deputy Governor of the Emirate Review Efforts to Regulate the Real Estate Sector in the Region

The meeting discussed the Authority’s programs and initiatives, as well as its role in regulating non-governmental real estate activities and improving the sector’s efficiency in the Riyadh region.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, received today at his office in Al-Hukm Palace the CEO of the General Real Estate Authority, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and a number of the Authority’s senior officials.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the Authority’s most prominent programs and initiatives, as well as its efforts to regulate and oversee non-governmental real estate activity, thereby contributing to the development of the real estate sector and enhancing its efficiency in the region.

Engineer Al-Hammad expressed his appreciation for the support and interest shown by His Highness the Governor of the Riyadh Region and His Highness the Deputy Governor in the Authority’s work and its development initiatives, which contribute to improving the quality of real estate data and ensuring the sector’s sustainability in support of the development process.
His Highness the Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region received a report on the real estate balance for the years 2025–2026.
His Excellency the Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, Mr. Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al-Qanas, also met yesterday in his office at the Emirate with the CEO of the General Real Estate Authority , Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and a number of the Authority’s senior officials.

During the meeting, they reviewed the Authority’s most prominent programs and initiatives, as well as its efforts to regulate and supervise non-governmental real estate activity, thereby contributing to the development of the real estate sector and enhancing its efficiency.
His Excellency commended the efforts made and the role played by the Authority in the Riyadh region in accordance with the directives of His Highness the Governor of the region and His Highness the Deputy Governor.
The Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region received a report on the real estate balance for the years 2025–2026.
