The countdown has begun for the launch of the fifth edition of «Serido 2026» Exhibition, hosted by the city of Jeddah from September 6 to 8 at «Jeddah Dome,» under the patronage and participation of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the participation of more than 50 government and private entities, as well as a select group of leading real estate developers and financial institutions.
The exhibition continues its preparations to welcome visitors and real estate professionals, as it is held over an area exceeding 15,000 square meters, and is considered one of the most prominent real estate platforms bringing together various stakeholders in the Kingdom’s real estate development, financing, and investment ecosystem, attracting more than 30,000 visitors, investors, and professionals annually from the Makkah region and across the Kingdom.

“ ”Seredo 2026" is supported and sponsored by a number of government agencies and national institutions, including the General Real Estate Authority as the legislative sponsor, the Real Estate Development Fund as a financing partner, and the National Housing Company (NHC) as the main sponsor, along with Diamond-level sponsorship from Roshen Group, Across the Kingdom, and Araco, as well as broad participation from local and international real estate companies.
The fifth edition is witnessing a remarkable international presence, with the participation of more than 12 Egyptian real estate companies, a move that reflects the exhibition’s growing regional presence and its role in fostering networking, partnerships, and investment opportunities among real estate companies in the Kingdom and regional markets.
The exhibition’s accompanying program includes a series of specialized workshops and panel discussions, featuring CEOs from several major real estate companies and a select group of experts and specialists in the sector, to discuss the most significant developments in the real estate market, investment opportunities, the future of real estate development, financing, and new trends in the Saudi market.
Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani, CEO of the Serido 2026 Exhibition, said in an exclusive statement, that preparations for the fifth edition are proceeding according to schedule, emphasizing that this year’s exhibition will be more advanced in terms of the scale of participation, the diversity of exhibitors, and the accompanying events.
