The "LEAP 2026" conference continued its technological and investment momentum on its third day, with new announcements totaling $857 million, including investment rounds, funding funds, and qualitative expansions in cloud computing, data centers, and technology industries, reflecting the Kingdom’s attractiveness for investments and its ability to empower startups and accelerate their growth towards global markets.
$293 million across 11 advertisements
Venture capital investments topped the announcements on the third day, with a value of nearly $293 million across 11 announcements, including 9 rounds and investments worth $126.15 million, in addition to the launch of a new fund and the expansion of a funding fund with a total value of $166.7 million.
The rounds were distributed among companies operating in the artificial intelligence , financial technology, travel, gaming, human resources and digital car market sectors, including COFE Tech, FlyAkeed, Nayla Finance, Sayrah, RABEH, Hazen.ai, ZenHR, Abwab.ai and TAKA House, with the participation of a group of local and international funds and investors.
Launch of a $100 million fund
Fund announcements included Ula Capital launching a $100 million fund, in partnership with Korea’s FuturePlay, to connect deep technology investment opportunities between the Kingdom and Korea. Impact46 and HALA also announced the expansion of their SME financing fund from $26.7 million to $66.7 million, an increase of 1,501 TP3T in less than two years.
$300 million expansion
As an extension of the investment movement, Snowflake announced a $300 million investment to expand in the Kingdom until 2030, which includes opening its regional headquarters, launching two additional cloud regions during the second half of 2026, along with training 25,000 people, which will enhance the Kingdom’s position as a regional center for data and cloud computing.
$150 million for data centers
In the area of localizing technology industries, Alfanar announced an investment of $150 million to manufacture data center components in the Kingdom, which supports national infrastructure capabilities and expands the scope of local content in advanced technology industries.
LogRhythm Middle East announced the establishment of a Center of Excellence in Cybersecurity in the Kingdom, which aims to train and empower 50,000 citizens, and expand in the fields of research, innovation and development of advanced security solutions, in support of building national capabilities and enhancing the readiness of competencies in the smart age.
CTS Group and Saudi Desert Technologies announced a partnership to localize the manufacturing, design, and construction of essential data center components, and to establish specialized factories for the production and export of integrated power units, relying on Saudi expertise and international standards.
On the conference's main stage, HUMAIN showcased two of its enterprise AI solutions: HUMAIN Enterprise Chat and HUMAIN Marketplace. These solutions presented a model for transforming HUMAIN's integrated AI capabilities into practical tools that serve organizations and accelerate their adoption of advanced technologies.
