The fifth edition of the “Serido” Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition 2026 kicks off today, Sunday, and will be held from September 6 to 8 at the “Jeddah Superdome”, with the aim of promoting investment opportunities and showcasing the latest projects and innovative solutions in the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
The exhibition, which is supported by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represents a specialized platform and a strategic meeting point that brings together under one roof an elite group of real estate developers, investors, financing entities and related parties, which contributes to building effective partnerships, exploring promising opportunities and opening new horizons for cooperation and integration in the real estate development and housing system.
Review of the latest projects and investment opportunities
The “Serido 2026” exhibition presents the latest projects, investment opportunities and modern technologies, in addition to a knowledge program that includes a series of workshops and dialogue sessions, with the participation of experts and specialists, to discuss modern trends and challenges facing the real estate market, and to review best practices and solutions that support sustainable urban development, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The fifth edition comes as an extension of the successes achieved by the exhibition during its previous editions, amid aspirations to witness wider participation, greater diversity in exhibitors, and quality investment, which will enhance the position of Jeddah as a major destination for hosting specialized real estate exhibitions and events in the region.
It is worth mentioning that the exhibition enjoys the participation of a number of national entities; the General Authority for Real Estate is participating as a legislative partner, through an informational pavilion that showcases the most prominent legislation and regulations governing the real estate sector in the Kingdom, in addition to the participation of the Real Estate Development Fund as a partner for the financing sector, and the National Housing Company (NHC) as a main sponsor of the exhibition, which embodies the integration of national efforts to enable the real estate development and housing sectors and enhance their contribution to economic and urban development.
