The Saudi Council of Engineers , in cooperation with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monshaat”, launched a program to develop the capabilities of engineering offices and companies; with the aim of raising the readiness of engineering offices and companies to grow and compete, and developing their capabilities in line with their needs and stages of growth.
The program offers an integrated development journey that includes three main tracks: training, consulting and guidance, and opportunities and investment, which contributes to developing the administrative, operational, financial and technical capabilities of the participating establishments.
The training track includes specialized courses selected based on the organization's needs and stage of growth. The consulting and mentoring track offers sessions with specialists to address the specific challenges of each organization, while the opportunities and investment track focuses on qualifying participants and connecting them with contractual and investment opportunities with project owners. The program targets engineering offices and companies at various stages of growth, including startups less than four years old, promising companies between four and eight years old, and established companies with more than eight years of experience.
The program allows participants to benefit from Monshaat's programs and services, enhancing their readiness for government and private sector tenders and bids, and facilitating access to contractual and investment opportunities with project owners. This program is an extension of the Authority's efforts to support the growth of engineering firms and offices, enhance their competitiveness, and link their development to practical opportunities that contribute to their business growth.
The authority called on the targeted engineering offices and companies to register and benefit from the program's tracks during the specified registration period.
