The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah sponsored the ceremony held by the Riyadh Chamber to honor the former Chairman of its Board of Directors Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Juraisi, members of the Board of Directors and heads of the main committees in the fifteenth session, last Monday evening, 25/2/2013 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, in recognition of the efforts made by the Board and committees to promote the business sector in the Riyadh region, serve the national economy and enhance contribution to the implementation of comprehensive economic and social development programs.

For his part, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zamil, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Al-Juraisi and all members, chairs and members of the committees, for their sincere efforts and sincere giving in order to promote the interests of the business sector, constructive cooperation with the government sector to improve the working environment of the private sector, and continuous efforts to overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of developing the business sector and enable it to play its role and responsibilities in implementing development programs.

Ceremony highlights
A video was shown on the screens on the biography of Sheikh Abdulrahman Al Juraisi and his most prominent achievements.
The attendance of the members of the previous session 15 and most of the members of the new session and the members of the previous session were honored.
Former Ministers of Commerce Al-Salim and Al-Zamil, Minister of Agriculture Balghunaim and the Ambassador of China were among the attendees.
A distinguished audience of 400 businessmen and VIPs filled the hall. The Chinese Ambassador Mr. Li Zhengwen gave an impromptu speech in Arabic that surprised everyone and praised the great role of Al Juraisi.
Many businessmen wrote their words on a specially designed white table to express their loyalty to Sheikh Al Juraisi.
Dr. Al-Rabeeah honored Al-Juraisi with a commemorative sculpture.
Hussein Al-Adl gave a beautiful speech in which he praised the achievements of each member of the previous committee, praising their efforts and dedication.
The atmosphere of the night of fulfillment was beautiful in which familiarity and love and there was enough time for peace, chatting and renewing the relationship between businessmen.
