Work on the Al-Olaya Towers project, owned by the General Organization for Social Insurance, is nearing completion on schedule, making it one of the organization’s largest real estate investment projects in Riyadh.
The project boasts many unique features, foremost among which is its location within the commercial district at the intersection of Al-Olaya and Al-Tahlia Roads, It is built on a 27,000-square-meter site and consists of two office towers, 34 and 36 stories high, and retail spaces (showrooms) on Al-Olaya and Al-Tahlia Roads, comprising two ground floors, a mezzanine, and four underground levels, as well as parking for 2,382 vehicles, with a total building area of 250,708 square meters.
The project’s office spaces have been equipped with the latest smart building technologies in the fields of telecommunications and information technology.
The project is considered one of the leading real estate developments in Riyadh and will serve as a distinctive architectural addition and a modern concept in the real estate investment sector and the office environment, thereby supporting the General Organization for Social Insurance’s plan to invest its financial resources,as well as its participation in projects that contribute to supporting and developing the national economy.
It is worth noting that the Al-Olaya Towers project is an extension of the Corporation’s ambitious plans in the field of real estate investments, aimed at developing the Corporation’s investment portfolio, and increasing investment returns, which enable the Corporation to meet its growing obligations toward beneficiaries and participants in the social insurance system, as investment returns are an important source of revenue for the Corporation..
